1. Definition
By engaging with my services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using my services.
2. Project Scope & Timeline
Project Scope: A clear project scope will be defined and agreed upon in writing at the start of each project. Any changes to the project scope may result in additional charges.
Timeline: Project timelines will be estimated and agreed upon at the beginning of the project. Timelines may adjust based on the project’s complexity and requirements.
3. Payment Terms
Payment Structure: Payments will be structured in stages, typically including an upfront deposit, milestone payments, and a final payment upon completion.
Late Payments: Delayed payments may incur additional fees. I reserve the right to halt project work if payments are overdue by more than 15 days.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership: Upon full payment, the final deliverables become the intellectual property of the client. Until payment is received in full, I retain ownership of all work produced.
Licensing: Drafts, templates, or preliminary work provided during the project are for review purposes only and are not for public use without permission.
4. Confidentiality
I respect the confidentiality of my clients’ projects and will not disclose, reproduce, or share any proprietary information without prior written consent.
5. Revisions & Approval
Revisions will be available as agreed upon in the project proposal. Requests outside of the agreed-upon revisions will be billed at an hourly rate or additional fee, based on the complexity of the changes.
6. Cancellation & Termination
Cancellation: If a client decides to cancel a project after work has commenced, payment for work completed to date will be due immediately.
Termination: I reserve the right to terminate a project if the client is in breach of these terms or if communication is persistently delayed, affecting the project’s progress.
6. Limitation & Liability
While I strive to provide high-quality, professional services, I am not liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from issues beyond my control, such as technical limitations or third-party software/hardware failures.
6. Amendments
These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Clients will be informed of any amendments in advance, and continued use of my services will indicate acceptance of the updated terms.
